  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***The alarms will sound off and open all the jail cells. The zombies will be closely packed together in the main hallway. Chuck a frag grenade into the crowd. I barely aimed with mine and got it; grenades are very strong.

  If you miss this because you don't have any nades, another good spot is in the lab towards the end. When you go down the hatch in the plant area (its the room with the dna trophy, where two lickers attack you) there are three bodies on the floor. The zombies aren't dead and so you can just throw a frag in the middle of them, also helps deal with the lickers as you don't have to worry about getting grabbed from behind.

  another great story related spot if you missed the spot mentioned in this solution that's pretty much unmissable is after killing leons final boss the Super Tyrant on your way to the train there are 3+ Zombies busting trough the door blocking your way.. instead of using the Rocket Launcher you just got during the bossfight earlier chuck a grenade into the crowd and bam.

  Got mine in the East Wing of the NEST in the break area of the L-hall where the Server Room and Low Temp Testing Room were, waited for the zombies to wake up after using the Signal Modulator to power up the hallway so I could access the Server Room, and tossed a grenade at the feet of the three zombies, one BOOM later and I was blessed with this achievement. Made for a great streamer moment. ^_^

  With the addition of the free dlc from the last title update this can be done very quickly and easily in the runaway dlc in the extras area. Easier for people who aren't in a specific spot in the campaign area to get this. Just take the grenade from the first machine in the orphanage and after going threw the exit of the orphanage there is a mass of zombies walking off the bus. just toss the grenade and done. Takes about 2 minutes to do this, nice and easy.
  
  extra for people who haven't done this dlc yet, kill the guy with the backpack upstairs to get the key, grab the grenade from the machine behind him, run down the stairs to the door to exit, then sprint and kill the second backpack guy for the next key ignoring the dogs, sprint to the door to exit the area, then your right at the part with the bus load of zombies.

  After you come up from the basement in the police station, there is a save room with an item box called 'Break Room'. It is to right of 1F Police Station map. In the hallway outside the 'Break Room' are 3 zombies close together, throw an explosive (or flash?) grenade in their direction and you should unlock the achievement. Best to save before trying this ;)
