According to estimates, unlocking all achievements in Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden will take you between 80 and 100 hours per game, so if you are thinking of going for the completions here, you'll want to get a move on. For those with a little less time, MotoGP 22 and Garden Story are a bit more manageable. Completing the MotoGP 22 achievement list will likely take you around 30 hours, whereas Garden Story should only take around 20 hours.

GTA 5 is also still showing in the leaving soon section of the Game Pass app, despite players receiving a notification that both versions of the game would leave the service at the end of December.

Update: Microsoft has now confirmed that GTA 5 will leave Game Pass on January 5.

As for new games coming to Game Pass this month, it looks like just two games have been confirmed for the service, though we should hear more about January's Game Pass additions soon.
