Lawn Mowing Simulator was in the service once upon a time, so if you didn't quite get to finish its achievement list before it left Game Pass back in May, now's your chance. For those new to Lawn Mowing Simulator, completing its base list will take between 60 and 80 hours. As for NBA 2K24, the Series X|S list has one unobtainable, so you may want to give that one a miss if you care about your completion percentage. However, the Xbox One list has no unobtainables, though nobody has managed to unlock all achievements on that list yet. According to estimates, Hokko Life can be completed in 20 to 25 hours, which is doable over a weekend if you're extremely dedicated.
