I don't have a full walkthrough or anything, but I thought it'd be helpful to kinda give people a general checklist/understanding of the faction/zone-based achievements.

For ESO, a "zone" is a confined/instanced map area (such as "Malabal Tor" or "Glenumbra"). Each faction has 5 zones (excluding the starter zones).
    Each zone has the following:
    - 16 skyshards
    - 12 rare fish
    - 7 striking locales
    - 6 delves
    - 6 world bosses
    - 3 dolmens
    - 1 public dungeon
    - 1 group dungeon
    - 15-20 Quest Hubs (may be a faction-wide total, but I haven't recounted).
    - 3-6 Explorable Locations

Coldharbour (a neutral zone) has all the same things as these zones, except the 3 dolmens.

Each faction has two starter zones (smaller zones that get you introduced to the game), except AD which as one. In parenthesis will be the division where the first number is the first starter zone (where a character in that alliance starts), and the second number is the other zone.
Each starter zone has the following:
    - 6 skyshards (3 and 3)
    - 1 rare fish (first zone)
    - 5 striking locales (3 and 2)
    - 8 quest hubs (4 and 4 for DC, 7 and 1 for EP)

For each of the factions, the zones are (starters in italics, then the zones by tier/storyline order):
Aldmeri Dominion: Khenarthi's Roost, Auridon, Grahtwood, Greenshade, Malabal Tor, Reaper's March
Daggerfall Covenant: Stros M'kai, Betnikh, Glenumbra, Stormhaven, Rivenspire, Alik'r Desert, Bangkorai
Ebonheart Pact: Bleakrock Isle, Bal Foyen, Stonefalls, Deshaan, Shadowfen, Eastmarch, The Rift

Last is Cyrodiil, the PvP zone. It contains:
    - 46 skyshards (scattered among the default faction divisions, with 15 in each faction + 1 mountain skyshard)
    - 12 Rare Fish
    - 18 delves (scattered among the default faction divisions, with 6 in each faction)
    - 10 dolmens
    - Various Explorable Locations

Everything except world bosses is related to Xbox achievements.
As far as each normal faction zone:
To get Tamriel Skyshard Hunter, you need all the skyshards.
To get Master Angler, you need to catch all rare fish at least once.
To get Anchors Away, you need to close all dolmens at least once.
To get the three Master Explorer achievements, you need to find all the striking locales and complete all the delves.
To get the three Conqueror achievements, you need to kill each public dungeon champion (non-Group Event bosses) at least once.
To get the three Vanquisher achievements, you need to kill each group dungeon boss at least once.
To get the three Hero achievements, you need to complete a certain number of quests in each zone stated in the "Adventurer" quests under Journal > Achievements > Quests > [Faction]. A lot of delves have a small sidequest to complete. Each public dungeon has two quests to complete. Quest Hubs are areas that can be discovered (and stay shown on your map), but have quests that you need to do before the area counts as "complete" (white with black outline), so if you run out of quests, check your map for any black icons.
Explorable Locations do not ever show "complete" on your map. These locations may still have side quests to complete. They just aren't related to the location itself.

I'll add to this with some tips and stuff later.

Wow thanks this should be added to the walkthrough page. Just throw the achievements in so we know which we have already unlocked and this could be an official walkthrough. smilemusic

Well sadly that won’t happen for a while, as it needs a new owner.

Can't say for sure, since I do have other things to work on. But a friend and I might get together to create a walkthrough out for this.

Any idea on what the current status of the walkthrough is right now? Is it still being worked on, or is there a need for a new owner?

There is still need for a new owner, we haven’t gotten a new writer for this since the automated post you can see above in this thread.

    Ugh - a reply 5 months later.

I had to put it on hold for a while. Next week the new expansion will launch & the new player experience will be completely different - I plan to start working on it again after I managed to complete it.

Can a work in progress walkthrough be posted? I wouldn't mind making one. I'm just about to go through this game with a few people. I have guided countless people to meticulously get people the Abstergo Employee of the Month achievement in Assassin Creed Brotherhood within a game or two per person on a work through that I made and constantly perfected on for people needing a bit more help. I also helped a lot of people through the ever tricky and easily enraging achievement of Pa-Pa-Pa-Poker Face of Red Dead Redemption. I think I would help a lot of people stay focused on this game. Though the other reason of a work in progress walkthrough is just how much is needed to play through all of the options. As I play, I'm hoping to have people in various roles to see how they do in their positions. Hopefully I can be able to do a WIP walk through for you all! =D

I'm afraid we only allow WIP walkthroughs if they're already published and are in the process of being updated. If nothing has been published, we'll wait for it all to be completed before publishing. We occasionally let walkthroughs be published without DLC if that's due to be added, but this is a case-by-case basis.

That is understandable. Though it is a bit unfortunate in regards to such a lengthy game that has only double digit of gamers who have completed the game. Do I need to include all the details of the multiple characters ahead of time as well once I have written up the full details for all the achievements? I was wondering maybe I could do another run as different characters classes to see how much of a different it might make.
