i played it on the 360... 100% the story and made good progress during online. I dont have that save anywhere though
About how long did it take you?
I have now 33,5h on Story and done 68% of 100%. Got all stunt jumps by getting my Playstation 4 online character. And done 25 in the story already for the 100%. But still have to find letters, spaceship parts, nuclear waist and sub parts and on 51 of 69 main missions, but golding might take even most of the time. And still need peyote plants have half of the under the bridge and no knife flights yet. So my guess is 100h in story. But not best player, but done the game several times already.

Then regular online not know and finding people for rally not easy. Heists: 8-10h and Doomsday: 35-40h.

Story can be faster if you skip cutscenes and ignore whatever's not necessary for achievements. I managed the JP campaign in about 60 to 70 hours, maybe less. At least 50% of the time was spent with collectables alone.

The transfer worked for me, all online unlocked. And all but one achievement for the story. Very odd as the achievement that didn’t unlock is for the first heist, Diamond Hard.

Replay did not work so will now try a new save file.

These stats are based on completion estimates. So maybe that's why?

It's misleading because someone may think they can get it done quick from scratch.
Yup, the majority of the timers on this site are misleading, all covering tricks (like this GTA V "complete on Xbox One first") or hacks/cheats like Surviving Mars console commands.... TA would be a million better times better source of information if they split the "time taken" into two piles; one list for those just cheesed the achievements and one list for those who actually played the game
    so fracking true !

cant find a guide or walkthrough, but it says it can be done under an hour?
If you have completed the Xbox one version and you transfer both your story mode save and online profile, you get all achievements in a couple of minutes

The transfer was also shut down years before Online was shut down.

And when it did exist, you could only transfer Online progress. You can’t transfer single player progress from 360.

Yes, you can transfer one save file for single player. It can only be done one time though. You have to upload it in the prior gen version and then it will be available on the Series X/S version. You'll get any achievements you unlocked in the older version.
So are the steps like.. login to XB1 version, in the menus there's an upload function for Single Player, then login to XSX and go into Single Player, download the save. Lastly go into GTA Online on the XSX without need to move a save, and it will pop, or does Online have a save you need to migrate also?
That's right - for single player you have to go into the Xbox One version and manually select the save to upload. GTA Online will just find your character once you log into the Rockstar Social Club in the Series X/S version. Also you no longer lose your character from the previous generation; they just changed it so it will stay on the Xbox One version, but it will progress separately from your Series X/S version from that point forward.
Do you know if the GTA V version which is currently available in XCloud can also launch GTA Online? Both appear as separate apps on the Store and your library.

Yeah, they both can (One version and Series version). Series is also just one game and one list. There are no 2 apps for the Series version. The one with normal picture is the Xbox One version, the one with Online in picture, is the Series version. This looking in the full games list in games and apps on Xbox Series console and Game Pass app.

They just sell Online seperate and on Series you have a menu when you start up, where you can choose to enter Story or Online. Were One you get put into something (story or online, depending on your setting).

I see, so I should be able to complete the game from the Cloud, then. Thanks for the detailed answer!
