Is anyone else's reward app not working. Bought a game for £26 and it still isn't showing up.

Is there anyway to access the Xbox Rewards app of you don't have access to a console? I want to make some purchases and would like to get that punch card people have mentioned, but won't be in front a console before the sale ends more than likely.

I really wish these big sales had more variety. They have incredible deals for sure. I am not knocking that. But I either own or have access to everything I want or it's too new and the sales aren't that great. Might still end up picking up the Dark Pictures collection. That ought to take care of my rewards point punch card as well.
I was considering that purchase as well but I get the strong, sneaking suspicion that every Dark Pictures title will cycle in and out of Game Pass at some point. Those games have really low replay value IMO so I'm going to hold off, just in case. sleep
Seems like sound logic to me! I ended up going ahead and picking up the pack and started the first one earlier. So far, really cool looking games. Can't say much for replay value as I have barely scratched the surface but if they are anything like Until Dawn, I can fully see them being one and done type of games.

Fantastic deals for those who haven’t played them:

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - a brutal brawler with deep mechanics and a solid gameplay loop. If you conquer it, you’re good. Pretty good story, you may want the DLC if you like the story.

The Witcher 2: $2.99 (USD) for one of the better RPG/ARPGs around. You’ve possibly been living under a rock (next to a Rock Troll no doubt) if you don’t know about The Witcher’s dark fantasy setting and damned if you do and damned if you don’t storylines. If you somehow don’t have this, get it and play it immediately.

Divinity Original Sin- The Source Saga : I don’t think this has been on sale before (or at least not to this degree), for the hardcore RPG nerds, this is your jam, 2 MASSIVE RPGs that should occupy you for weeks. It’s actually the game I’m buying out of this sale.

Dungeons 3: if you’re old enough to be a fan of the old school, Bullfrog Games title Dungeon Keeper, where you, the evil overlord, keep do-gooders out of your domain, this is a less amazing version of that. While it’s not as good, it’s by far the closest I’ve found. This version has all of the DLCs. It’s included in this list because there’s nothing else modern in the same vein.

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate and Injustice 2 Legendary Edition bundle: $24.99 for two extremely competent fighting games with all their DLC and strong stories? Even non-fighting game fans may enjoy having access to the great Injustice 2 storyline with the bonus MK11 storylines thrown in. This is a deal I don’t think I’ve seen even remotely in this price range before now. Plus, button mashing Batman vs Wonder Woman matches helps pass the holidays with family with which you struggle to have more than 5 minutes of conversation.

SMITE Ultimate God Pack bundle: if you like MOBAs SMITE is probably the most competent one on XBox. It includes crossplay for all platforms and multiple other modes, such as Arena and Joust, if you get tired of its primary mode, Conquest. It’s Free 2 Play, but the Ultimate God pack gives you access to all existing and future gods, so you’ll never be locked into the weekly free rotation if you don’t like it. This is a hefty discount on its normal price.

Tales from the Borderlands: this might be the most amusing of any of the Telltale titles and features the Borderlands humor and hijinks you’d expect. I’d argue it’s the best Telltale game by a long shot. The story also features as a lead in to Borderlands 3 story as well as the final Borderlands 2 DLC (itself a Borderlands 3 lead in).

Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons: a quick completion that’s gorgeous and has an amazing story. Brothers also attempts to weave the control scheme directly into the narrative, which is relatively unique as far as I know. If you’ve somehow missed this it’s $3.99 and you can complete it in a long afternoon.

Quantum Break: this is Remedy’s red headed stepchild of a game, which is too bad because it’s actually a really hard core sci-fi story. If you gather and read the collectibles (which actually aren’t hard to find) you keep peeling back the layers of the story. Also, if you liked Control, this is the original game of “I have super powers” and while the game isn’t hard, it can be fun to be a time god.

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure: well, Tiny Tiny may not be for everyone, but if you wanted a short game to see why everyone has been talking about Borderlands games all this time, $4.99 and one of their best DLCs spun off into its own game isn’t terrible. Especially if you’re not a completionist you’ll find this quick and fun. No raisin cookies included.

Is it possible to add filters to these deal pages in the future? Like "digital only" and "completion time", etc.

Did they remove Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare (Windows)?

I’m not sure that it was ever on sale. I’ve checked each of the past several days, only to find it at full price. It was either only on sale for a day or two when this countdown sale started, or it was listed here for no reason at all and was never on sale.

It was definitely on sale for awhile, because I bought it.

Just the same sales all the time. Wish they would put Halo Wars 2 Awakening on sale by itself, or the Rage 2 DLCs. I know the moment I buy them they will be on sale.

The Xbox Countdown Sale will end on January 2nd, 2022, which gives you plenty of time to pick up some bargains!
Unless you had no money left, until today. The sales have gotten confusing, plus with weekly DWG. I thought countdown sales was ending on 3rd Jan, but that is Movies and TV, plus usually sales do end on the Monday, they could have kept it going for 1 more day.

Now there is Last Chance sale, which makes no sense again, as a number of sales of gone, plus there are new sales too.

Then there will be more DWG after midnight.

I planned on getting Dark Pictures triple pack which is still going but the individual games are no longer on sale. I missed out on Yakuza 3-5 collection and Tiny Tina, although looking to get Rims racing and Judment for Series which was not in Countdown, but now is in Last Chance.

The last post was deleted so this thread won't clear from my unread threads. I'm posting for a short term fix (hopefully TA can prevent this issue in the future)

What I usually do is go to the forum and choose the option to mark everything as read (after I'm already done reading everything else of course).
Broke is a state of wallet. Poverty is a state of mind.

D'oh. I'll have to try that next time.
