I have saved up my points for an Xbox gift card, I went to redeem 3 nights ago, and it said thank you enjoy your reward. But no reward was credited.
However, it's not doing it I had 5 thousand 890 points I now have 47120 since yesterday seems to be a bug adding the current points on to balance and not issuing the gift card.
I don't for one second think I've found a money glitch and expect the balance to be fixed, but each time I redeem I gain my balance again…
Anyone else having this issue. I've reported it to Microsoft. I just wanted a gift card now I've got a headache.
