Resident Evil 2, 3, and 7 will all receive free Xbox Series X|S upgrades this year

I really hope it's seperate lists for all of them

I'd love to recomplete all these games. Wouldn't mind if we got another list as opposed to it being smart delivery. It's great news nonetheless.

Would be nice if they added some kind of randomizer that puts items and maybe even enemies in new locations. I’ve seen mods of Super Metroid do that and it adds gameplay value with what i asume little effort.

If these were Microsoft games they would be Smart Delivery for certain. Whereas EA almost never use Smart Delivery. All we can do is wait for the Xbox website to be updated with the information.

I understand those who preferred it when Xbox 360 games were re-released on Xbox One, but then there are people who haven’t yet finished the game and are happy their progress carries over to their new console. That is especially true for people that don’t care about having a high Gamerscore. Then again backward compatibility didn’t add stacks either, and Smart Delivery is simply forward compatibility and not a re-release.

I'm down to play re7 again. Too bad it won't have an achievement stack though.

Nice, still need to run through Hard Mode on 7 to finish it off and bought 2+3 but haven't even played them yet so I willl wait now and play them upgraded!

Final Fantasy VII Remake hands down for me is the GREATEST REMAKE OF ALL TIME IMO haha.


I also do not understand Capcoms reason to skip over Code Veronica to RE4 for a remake. It would have made sense just to do it. You should check out the fan-made remake of CV on Youtube, looks so good.
