Can I please request that the TA devs work on a better interface to view sales? This used to work great, but having a long table for 100s and 100s of items is just...not working. I'd like to be able to filter games I own, filter by price, filter by TA score, completion time, etc.
Nah, they don't care. For months/years now I suggest in the forums doing like on Steam, create a filter for games we're not interested in, what would hide those from the sales lists, making the reading of those easier and shorter, but not even a reply from them. I wonder what the wishlist suggestions topic is for...
You can filter everything in the sale on the Xbox Sales page.
Yes I know, but TA is all about filters. Adding one won't kill 'em. They should get inspired by others, like Steam. Each game page has this "not interested" button, and that's very useful and time-saving.
You can pretty much do this, but the other way around. Just hit 'Set Price Tracking' on a game price page for a game you're interested in. Then on the Sales page, choose the filter for 'Price Tracked only.'

Rebellion hate sales apparently, but I would say the levels themselves are worth every penny anyway. I'm a bit biased because I love that game a fair amount.

Yes I know too, we already suggested it to me a few weeks/months ago. But as answered, if I put 10€ max and it is discounted at 10,49€ and I'm ready to make this little extra effort, I won't see it with your method.
The way you tell me is a longer way to get what we want, not the most simplest, not the most natural.

Too bad. People check the sale article and their wishlist, not naturally the sales page in my opinion.

Probably not considering Dark Souls 3 is $30 in this sale.

Feels like they kinda phoned this one in. Not sure how some of these prices are considered sales.
The "Dark Souls" series is always on sale. It’s called buying the Trilogy version.

Ok but seriously you get everything in the series (including DLC) for $70 AUD. Even without DLC and "DS2" as that’s the black sheep of the lot I saved $90 AUD doing that (even if I haven’t gotten to either of the other games yet). No regrets.
I already have the others, just need to rebuy 3 digitally.

The Black Friday sale is for those who either got a new console, or those who have a terrible short-term memory that prevents them to remember how much these games were during weekly sales.
Minecraft Dungeons Ultimate - lowest ever, buy for me.
Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed - first sale
Sonic Colors: Ultimate - Digital Deluxe - lowest ever, sadly the base game isn't on sale
Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, Ary and the Secret of Seasons, LEGO® Star Wars™: The Skywalker Saga, Castlevania Advance Collection - lowest ever
And that's only from 13 items from my wishlist that are on sale now.
Obviously there are a lot of games that were cheaper or even were cheaper last week. But it is still a decent sale. And I am personally super excited to finally play Minecraft Dungeons' DLCs (that unfortunately are cheaper within Ultimate that alone so I was waiting for Black Friday).

Yes you are spoiled but I am also waiting for lower price ;-) It is quite a new game, with not the best reviews but still with big budget probably so I would say that -50% after a year is fair option.

Not sure what I was expecting to be honest, its just the usual games on sale altogether. I was hoping for Cowabuga collection to come down to under £20, suppose that will be next year. All time low for Ezio collection is 7.99 but hasn't hit that price in years

Yeah, the use of price tracking in combo with the Xbox Sales works very well. I also get emails for things I price track whenever they’re on sale and so it is hard to miss a sale. It’s really easy to adjust/add/remove games I’ve price tracked too so I don’t know what people are expecting other than TA catering to their laziness.

In the example provided, price tracking works exactly as it should too. The person customized price tracking so that they would only be notified if the price fell below a certain threshold. It didn’t in this case and so they weren’t notified of the sale. I’m not sure what they’re upset about.

I don't know what "people are expecting" but I personally would like to have an easy way to find something new for me in the sale without digging through another weekly list of Assassins Creed (and other games that are regularly on sale and I have no interest in them). It would be especially useful with big sales where it is easy to miss something interesting that you haven't spotted earlier.

From this sale - I got price alert about games I know and I glanced through the list in the article in order to find something new. But I am almost sure that I missed something from the list of over 1k positions because I know that I missed some games previously even within shorter list.

To help with that, use the Xbox Sales page and apply a few filters. There's only so much we can do smile
