The price will be the deciding factor on wether this is successful or not
It kinda makes me happy that they decided to make it $15, because I can’t imagine it succeeds with a $15/month price tag. I don’t typically hope for companies to fail, but considering I don’t want Game Pass style subscription services for games to go the way of streaming services for movies and TV, yeah I don’t want too many. Just GP, PS’s service and if Nintendo were to launch their own service would be good enough. Enough for competition but not so much that it’s overwhelming to the consumer.
Nintendo already have their own service.

    More like Ubisoft:(
    Am I right? headspin
TIL: Having numbers instead of letters in a gamertag is edgy. Awesome!

I already own/have played most of the Ubisoft + games. The only way I might get enticed is if they do a combo deal where you can use the Ubisoft + membership on both Xbox and PC. If not, $15 a month isn't worth it for me.

If it's more than $5 a month it's not worth it. You get like 20 games with only 1-3 new games a year compared to hundreds of games with like 5-10 rotating in a month with gamepass. I think part of the reason EA combined forces is because they make more money being tied with GP.

You are comparing 1 year old games (with a few exceptions) where we have to buy all the DLC, with day 1 games and includes all the DLC. Many of those games would cost $100 to buy, whereas you can pick up a 1 year old game without DLC for around $20.

By not including DLC in Game Pass it means you end up buying DLC for games you have no access to when they leave Game Pass. I would much rather they halved the number of games in Game Pass, but made all games available day 1 with DLC.

I'm sure it will be more than 20 games. This new is just the data mining done by TA, not an official announcement.

Is this a joke? Then Ubisoft+ Is such a cheeky bastard to decide to even show its stupid ugly face. $15/month identically to Game Pass Ultimate for a list of super-limited games?! Don’t tell me they wouldn’t even offer all DLCs of that list and no latest games?

Hopefully eventually it gets devoured by GP like EA play and we gamers will have free access to all UBI games, but even so, many of those games take so long time to complete, does that even help the growth of GP?

Unless Ubisoft makes some kind of deal with other devs to go to their service over GP then we are going to be in an EA situation where you get their older games only with the new games only hitting about a year or two after release. I hope it's different but I just can't see how this service justifies it's price beyond 1-3 months depending on how many the person has played or cares to play. This reminds me of basic cable stations creating their own streaming services and charging just as much as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc and then failing a couple years in.

Good - it's coming to Xbox
Bad - it costs more than GPU
Bad - they are trying to milk money from their customers

They need a version of EA Vault that ought to be on GP and provide their older catalog. Everyone else can sub if they want the new new games.
    Would you kindly...

Did the rest of the world get a raise and I missed it??? How do companies think we can afford endless subscription services?
You know subscribing is optional, right?

I've already played the games I want to play in that lineup, so it's a no from me.

Couldn't care less about this. Already played or own any I'm interested in, the rest don't appeal to me at all.
Stoke me a clipper, I'll be back for Christmas... Whatever!

If true, this probably means R6 Extraction will be leaving Game Pass this month.
I had better get to work on this! Been putting it off for too long.
RB Extraction is included in UBI+.

Rocksmith+ is not included in UBI+.

Rocksmith+ have it's own sub because of all the licensed music..
