Not much here for me but I really enjoyed bureau xcom declassified, especially if you like third person shooters and it’s the one you haven’t played, or you like xcom.

Bureau XCOM Declassified at $2.99(80% off) along with the Hangar 6 dlc for $0.99(also 80% off) seems to be a good deal.

Does anybody know if that is the lowest it has been on Xbox?
If you go to the price tab on the game page, it tells you the lowest price it's been. In this case it's never been lower.
xbdeals.net also tracks prices, and I think their price history goes further back than TA.

Yes pretty sure that game was the lowest point for the series overall.
I take it you have played all 10 games in the series then? For me that would be Enforcer.

I enjoyed Declassified enough to take the time to write a review -
He's not a man. He's the holy Half-Dead who has seen the Underverse and returned with powers you can't imagine.

Is it better than Beautiful Katamari? I thought BK was painful to get through.

I wish more 360 DLC would go on sale, like Dragon Age 2 DLC hasn't been on sale in years, but it seems that doesn't happen anymore.
Every time I see the Dead Space games on sale I check for Awakened for Dead Space 3

I’ve been doing this for years so I’m pretty sure I will have to pay the full price.

Hero Express is a fun 2D driving game that's basically those old phone/flash games where you upgrade your car until you can beat the level and move on. The achievements are easy, only took about 7 hours, and the game is great for those times when you can only play in short bursts.

For what it's worth, I think the DLC is worth full price ($10).

Yes I like third person shooters along with tactical strategy games. This seems to be a hybrid of both.

I have been waiting for a sale on that too for years just like I did for the Epilogue dlc on Prince of Persia. I ended up buying the latter at full price so I might end up doing the same for the former.

Even on steam, the lowest price it has been for the past year or so is $3.40 which is surprising since PC games usually have bigger discounts. The all time low for the Hangar 6 dlc on steam was also $1.24 so the current Xbox price beats that at $0.99.

Combine that with the sale on the Complete XCOM 2 collection for $4.99(also an all time low) a month or so ago which I bought and my rebooted XCOM collection on Xbox is almost complete missing only Enemy Within which I have on steam.

That’s four sales in a row without a purchase from me.
Well, look on the bright side. Next time they give out one of those mythical $5 codes, you might get one now.
    Is that how that works?
That’s the community’s conclusion, I doubt it’s ever been confirmed or denied. I know I’ve never gotten one, even though I don’t buy games for long stretches I often buy movies. I’d suspect any purchases (in game currency, games, movies, etc.) would make you less likely to get one, but I’m just a datapoint of one so, again, just a suspicion.
Anecdotal but I have received one and am fairly active in scooping up games ill never play laugh

What the heck makes RPGolf Legends a $20.99 game on sale? How is it worth that? 😅

Yes, no one 100% knows who/why/what data MS uses to give out codes.

Don't invest in holding back thinking it'll result in future profit.

Buy the games you want & if there's none then wave

anyone know why certain games NEVER go on sale? Or they used to go on sale, but not anymore?

For example, EA has plenty of sales, but only on certain games (ie - Dead Space) but when was the last time Dante's Inferno went on sale? When I checked, it was like back in 2018 or something. I know it's up to the publisher, but it's like only the same games ever go on sale any more, which is weird when you consider games on Steam go on sale all the time, regardless of how old they are.

Same here, I have had one on my main account and I buy lots of stuff often and also got one on one of my ALTs that I have barely spent anything with. IMO it's either a lottery or incentives for low spending accounts and reward for good customers. For what it's worth the one on my main was £8 and alt was £5. It's anyone's guess how they choose.
    It's more than just a game, it's a passion.

Yeah, it's a tough one, but I have started the game in 2009, but for some reason sold/lost the disc.

I spend money at least 3x a month with Microsoft. I got $10 last week.

Been wondering this myself recently, especially with 360 games / DLC but with more current content as well. It does seem like there's a missed opportunity for publishers in not inserting more variation into the sale lineups as opposed to putting largely the same roster of games on sale repeatedly while other games (and not talking about current top sellers that are moving significant units at regular price) seem to very rarely or never go on sale. I dunno, I'm sure I'm missing something and it's not that simple.

I also remember games that seemed to used to go on sale as often as an Assassin’s Creed game does today. Now I never see them anymore. It seems like some games have a sale rotation shelf life, though I have no idea how they design or decide these things.
