Wow! Anthem & Mirror's Edge Catalyst is 95% off. Anthem should be ok now without bugs, but Mirror's Edge server is closed, cannot obtain 2 achievements now....

Back to Childhood: Classic Games Collection is also a very good deal! smile

I had the surprise to see "21 games in your wishlist are in sales". I didn't see TA's article. But among the 21 titles, we have to remove the doubles, like "game" and "bundles including this same game", so I had about 15 titles overall. On 1,400 discounted games, that's not much. That's because it's always the same titles discounted and the same ones never discounted... Microsoft isn't the best Santa Claus... Nothing for me from this huge list.

TA, this kind of long discounted games list must trigger you the idea (I several times suggested in the 'wishlist ideas' thread) to put the filter thing like in Steam, the 'not interested' thing. This way we won't be able to see the contents we already have or we're not interested in. This would ease things soooooooooo much for everyone. When someone has a good idea (Steam), it's the others' role to make it theirs too. Please make it a reality as soon as possible.
And several times you have been told TA has had this for years, and tells people about it every week.

I think the list is incomplete. I don't find games like Nier Replicant or Octopath Traveler on the list or even in the sale hub, but both are included in the countdown sale on Xbox.

    Edit:

Changing region to US Octopath is included, but Nier Replicant is still missing.

And for whatever reason the price is marked as unavailable.
I have this same issue with Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory. It says it's unavailable for pricing on TA and to change my region but my region is NA. Then it randomly shows me it costs $35 where as its $23.99 on Xbox. Not sure where this discrepancy is coming from. All other games pricing are fine.
Few other games are marked as unavailable. I think the TA sale tracker is bugged.

And count on me to be a reminder for this wishlisted feature. If I stop talking, it will be forgotten and we'll never see that happen.

Soooo the solution is, for everyone interested, to do a manipulation, every week, whereas just the site could ease the process by setting it up? And you're not really answering my question. You're talking about setting price alerts, I'm talking about hiding contents we already have or are not interested in, so we'd be able to see clearer a long list of sales. Once again, take other sites' (Steam) excellent ideas, and copy them here.

Who wants to see in details a 1,400 lines list? Mainly when it's always the same games proposed, or the ones you already have. Not being able to filter that may have as consequence to miss a good deal because we weren't brave enough to read hundreds of lines. Whereas if the list is already lighted by pulling off owned/not interested games, we'd save a lot of time checking.

Please consider that, for the users' sake.

There has never been a dead space 3. Only a dead space 1 and 2 (I’ve gotten trauma therapy done)
    This man Dead Spaces.

Also, I see the CoD Black Ops 2 Season Pass on sale. Does it include the 4 DLCs for the zombie achievements?

Edit: apparently yes it does. Not sure if I wanna spent $15 on it before MS drops it into Game Pass, though.
i think only the base game will be added to game pass, besides you can get the season pass from the argentina region for a very low price.

Is Final Fantasy 12 on PC ever going to be on sale again? It was on sale once 2 years ago and most other games in the series for PC go on sale but never this one or FFX/X2.

It’s one tick box - “Exclude owned”

And do you really think it is better for a person to mark 9000 games they are not interested in as “Not priced tracked” rather than 1000 games they are interested in as “Price tracked”.

I know the DLC won't drop on Game Pass, lol. I mean that I don't know if I wanted to buy DLC before the games are even on Game Pass. Also, Black Ops 2 DLC isn't on Eneba, unless you mean switching your Xbox region.

Maybe, but we have to reach this page by our own and manually tick the box each week. A permanent mod would help everyone. And your method concerns the game we own, not the ones we're not interested in. This won't hide the titles that are constantly in sales and we're fed up to see each time. "If we didn't purchase them by then, it's because we don't want them", so still seeing them is some kind of spams, undesired ads.

Once again, it's not about prices. Trackers can help but not at 100%. Let's say I'm interested in a content and I put an alert for it discounted at $\€\£10 max. If one day it's in sales at 10.01, I won't see it whereas I could do the effort of buying it at this price. That's why I prefer putting my wanted games in the wishlist section instead of the price tracker one. Do you see my point? I'm not here to piss TA off, but to explain my point of you, thinking I am right.

And at your turn, do you think Steam --the biggest PC games platform-- is wrong with putting the "not interested" feature on? Just like TA, they have tons of filters to help us the most with our collections. And this filter really helps regarding sales and not showing games we don't want to see anymore.

So yes I think it's better to put it in place instead of the price tracker. For you it's just another filter --but TA is a specialist in filters, one more is nothing--, but it will relieve lot of users. It's a pain to put hundreds of content makd as undesired, but it's like everything, like putting our games collection or friends list on TA, it's a long process at first but very useful in the end. And once done, we just have to add the missing ones whenever it's the case.

Then it is working as intended. If you might be swayed for an extra cent, add the extra cent.

Even if you do tag the 1000’s of games from genres you are not interested in, you will still need to follow the link provided each week to apply the filter. You cannot create a news item that appears differently for every user.

Sure thing. So why not putting a filter menu on top of the news? With boxes to tick like "hide owned games", "hide not interested contents", etc. Of course, ahead of that, each game page should have the preset option "add to my blacklist", next to our already existing "add to wishlist".

I guess if "putting into my collection/wishlist" is possible, "putting into my unwanted list" is too. Ask the site developpers, it shouldn't be an issue. It could take a long time to put it in place, but at the end it'd be one of the best TA's features.

Road 96 doesn't have any DLC, you may be thinking of Mile 0 which is a separate game entirely

Yes they go on sale a few times each year. Especially your big sales like Boxing Day, Easter and Summer.
It's been a few years since I last played it but I'm pretty sure you can set games up to auto play and level up characters without having to do anything. You get less rewards but I'd do that whilst cooking and cleaning.
You do have to press A between fights and select a fighter and the AI profile for that fighter for each tower but yeah you can level everyone to 20 (cap is 30 now though achievement only cares about 20) without doing much. Just use the multiverse. You can do it while cooking, cleaning, reading, or whatever.

You can earn a few source crystals in game but I shudder to think how much it would cost to level up the whole roster.

    Nope
That grind is nothing, best of luck with cat call though😉
Cat Call isn’t really that bad now.

One of the multiverse worlds is on an 8 hour cycle and at least once a day automatically rewards a random skill for (usually) a single fight which your AI fighter can do trivially. If you log in once a day you should snag 2-3 skills per week (plus 20 or so Platinum boxes which can also drop them), it really isn’t that big of a deal, takes a minute or two longer than a daily log in bonus for most games but it eventually ends.

I mean maybe you just really want to complain about what a pain in the ass it was for you, in which case, fair enough, it’s the internet after all and it was brutally grindy at launch. This is just a FYI that that achievement isn’t particularly worse than any other of the grindier ones now days (other than Cat Call does crap for damage so meh that kind if sucks).
