I collected all 7 Prudence notes my my first playthrough and no achievement. I replayed the game in its entirety and made a manual save before each of the 7 Prudence notes and no achievement. I tried collecting the 7 Prudence notes on my Xbox One and no achievement.
I'm out of ideas. Any others?
