Xbox Spring Sale 2023 now live with discounts on hundreds of games

I have bought so far Jade Empire, EA Family Bundle and Prey Digital Deluxe Edition.

and as usual ill wait a week for the 5000 point bonus or whatever for purchasing $50 of sale items.

Nothing for me.
Same games over and over again and the discounts aren't even that great...

The issue is that while BL1 didn't have plot, BL2 was still mediocre but they somehow got right the villain, then they kept trying too hard to repeat something no one was asking to a borderlands game: a "deep" narrative

The Last Campfire is a really relaxing and a not too hard puzzler. Nothing bad to say about it.

Controls are excellent, the colour palette beautiful and the story is handled with a loving care from the narrator together with the protagonist actions and encounters in the environment accompanied by some soothing music. Pick it up, it's good soul food.

I noticed this morning:

SMITE is F2P and its SMITE Ultimate God Pack Bundle is on a deeper discount than normal: 75% off, $7.49 (USD). It unlocks all existing and future gods.

SMITE launched in 2015 on XBox but I’ve been playing it since 2011 / 2012 or so. It’s not a flash in the pan game and has tons of modes now days including its classic take on MOBA called Conquest.

You don’t really need to ever buy their currency if you log in daily for weekly bonuses you can buy into most Battle Passes for free (or just play the free track, which has good rewards, just has one skin instead of 4). Every 4th event or so is completely free to the community and even pay events have some free stuff for the non payers.

Anyway, proselytizing over, TLDR SMITE is a good game and the Ultimate God Pack Bundle is extra cheap right now.

I didn’t mind the story. No villain is ever going to beat Handsome Jack so I didn’t expect the villains to do so. Been waiting on Cult of the Lamb and Rimworld to go on sale, neither are unfortunately. Not much after spending an hour looking on the store, might get Othercide and that's it.

I think every other Battlepass gets a Perk like this, maybe every Battlepass, they’re always worth grabbing and logging in.

I had hit the wishlist cap of 300. Didn't realise, so tons of games I have attempted to add over the last few weeks weren't on my list.

Was forced to buy games to clear the list out.

Any non BC xbox 360 games / dlc on sale ?

I wanted to either pick up a game to sink a lot of time into or sink time into Borderlands 3 which I already got a physical copy of. No games are giving me the right vibe but I will grab all the DLC of Borderlands 3 on this sale. It’s perfect and I won’t have to ever think about them again.

I was hoping for Victor Vran DLC because I bought the disk version of the Overkill Edition and just couldn't figure out how to activate the DLC so had to send it back. I wanted to get is mostly finished before Diablo IV lands. I might pick up Marvel Avengers though, I just cannot decide if they'll do something amazing like sell it for 50p like they did before delisting one of the Forza games a few years back. That said, £9 is a nice price and I'll probably cash in some reward points anyway.

Might as well wanna get A World of Keflings from the sale to re-experience the nostalgia.
