GTA 5 on sale

I see a GTA5 bundle on sale for 19.79 right now.
It includes:
GTA 5 (Xbox One)
GTA 5 (Xbox Series X)
GTA 5 Story Mode (Xbox Series X)

If I got all achievements on the Series X, would I have to play the game again on Xbox One to get all the achievements?

Yes, you would have to do the achievements again if you played the Series X|S version first. You can only transfer progress from the older generation to the newer one. So if you only want to do the achievements once you will have to play the Xbox One version first.
