Picked up several things (first sale in a while I did that)

Agony / Shenmue 1 & 2 / Sonic Forces / Sonic Mania and Lost Planet. I'll be busy for a while.

Any thoughts on the Wasteland series?
I've only played Wasteland 2 so far, and I absolutely loved it. The walkthrough on TA is super helpful. Can't wait to play the 3rd one, but am patiently waiting for someone smarter/more ambitious than me to put a guide together that I can follow.
    Hey, you! Pipe down!

I'm finally gonna pull the trigger on Ryse: Son of Rome. Really in the mood for an ancient Roman themed game since there's very slim picking and it always looked like a neat exclusive.
Recommend it immensely. Loved the lore and story of it. It was a wtf just happened moment for me when I finished it years back. The mp portion is really well done in my opinion, as well.
Sweet! I think I might start it today.

What about Shenmue I and II?
    How good/bad did they age?
I found them very immersive and atmospheric, but a bit rough gameplay-wise. Worth getting at that price though
    Thanks

Torments of Numenera for $2.99(90% off) is a good price on Xbox but why doesn't it have the Immortal Edition upgrades available on steam?

The Torment: Tides of Numenera Immortal Edition Upgrade contains 12 digital extras. Become an immortal castoff and immerse yourself more deeply into the Ninth World.

Digital Soundtrack - The Original Soundtrack for Torment: Tides of Numenera. Composed by Mark Morgan and featuring 50 tracks.
Digital World Map - A high-resolution version of Torment's world map.
Digital Concept Art - A selection of high-resolution concept pieces and wallpaper.
"From the Depths" Digital Novellas (5x) - The full "From the Depths" Tidal novella series. Each novella is themed around a different Tide and fleshes out the game's world and backstory (between 60-140 pages each).
Digital Strategy Guide - A 143-page companion guidebook containing walkthroughs of quests, location overviews, ability lists, and more.
Digital Concept Art Book - A lovingly crafted 90-page digital art book showing off a selection of the game's concept and promotional artwork.
Forum Avatars - A selection of forum avatars based on the in-game party portraits.
Ringtones - A selection of Torment-themed ringtones and notification sounds.

Once installed, Immortal Edition extras can be found inside your Torment installation folder.

These upgrades seem to be only available on steam.

It is like the extras I have seen on Two Worlds Two. I really like the immersion provided by those Strategy Guides, World Map and Novellas.
Some of that looks like stuff that would only work on steam stuff and was made for the platform. Also it’d be pointless to make/code and sell digital stuff on Xbox. The interface sucks enough trying to read anything in a browser. The handful of people who would buy the version with all that extra stuff hardly justifies any costs in making it
The Prince of Persia Xbox 360 Limited Edition(on disc) also had similar digital extras on a 2nd disc including "soundtrack", making of videos, art gallery, and a strategy guide. I basically played the 2nd disc on a separate blu ray player on a big screen where I can read the strategy guide(no problems reading it on a big screen) while playing the actual game on my xbox so yes it is possible to do it on a console.

I don't get it. What's the "we don't buy games here" joke about? I've seen two comments saying the same thing.
Playstation Players always say on Twitter that Xbox buys no games and also Xbox has no games. I see it a lot on things related to Game Pass or First Party Titles.

Don't get why they can't just unfollow if they dislike Xbox that much.
I'm sure you've heard the saying "don't feed the trolls." Well, those would be the trolls in question. Just ignore them.

A warning to anyone considering Teratopia : The game isn't fully flagged. It has many more than 3 missable achievements, and there are almost no solutions posted. I found a useful trophy guide AFTER I missed some unlocks. Find it posted in the forum. Cheers.

Sid Meier's Pirates for me. Used to have it for PC back in the day and loved it as well as Railroad Tycoon. Good ol' sim days. Unfortunately no achievements in that OG Xbox title.

I was going to wait until the Games with Gold announcement for June was made but since that hasn't been forthcoming today the last day of this week's sale, I may as well buy Torment: Tides of Numenera for 90% off now.

I sometimes find games on Xbox that is priced lower on sale than the historical low on steam. It is rare but it happens.

I grew up enjoying reading novels so I like it when game publishers add novellas on upgrades and add ons for their games. It helps increase the immersion on playing games when they add more depth to the story and lore of this games.

I also like the Digital Strategy Guide too which kind of reminds me of the extensive guides written for games on PCs back in the day.

The Xbox version doesn't have this novellas and strategy guides that are available on steam but it does provide 2 armor dlcs for sale on Xbox that were pre-order kickstarter upgrades that are currently not available for sale on steam.
