Achievements not syncing for January target

Trying to get some old Fable 2 achievements for the backward compatability target this month. However, when I open the game I get the message

I'm currently on a series x

My Memory is nowhere near full, I have 275Gb free in internal storage and 630Gb free on my external hard drive. I've done some full shut downs to see if a good ol fashioned reboot would help, but I'm getting the same issue.

I've gotten 2 achievements that have not synced to my account properly so it's definitely an issue. Any insight would help, or am I kinda screwed?

I've been in contact with Xbox support and they have me doing different tasks to see if they can figure out whats going on with 360 games right now. I can't even sign in or load any games from the cloud.
