Notification alerts

The site has told me I have 1 or more notifications (the blue dot) but when I pull down the menu and check the notification tab it won't show that I have any there. I've cleared the cache and reloaded the site and it hasn't fixed the issue. It seems to have started sometime this morning. They were working okay yesterday. I waited to report it in case it sorted itself out during the day but it doesn't seem to want to.

Yeah, I am getting this issue as well.

As a temporary solution, you can select 'view all' on your alerts and the new alert will appear at the top.

Same for me (both notifications and PM's). 'View all' for both works.

Mine maybe fixed? They were not to begin with but when I went to View All and looked at a notification from 12hrs ago that cleared itself and the bell tab showed a 1 finally and the notification. I'll keep an eye on it through the next day or two and report back if I see it happen again. I have a bad storm hitting through today so I may not be around much until tomorrow or Monday depending if power gets knocked out or not. Strong wind + over a foot of snow don't always go well together :(

Mine is still broken.

Edit: Nevermind. I did what the above poster did and found it. It just doesn't show up in my drop down for some reason.

I was here to report but a thread was already created. So just to say I also have this problem and apparently, contrary to others, never discontinued.

And the funny fact is that Apostle, who answered above, is the reason I came here. He posted replies on an achievement guide I posted, but despite the blue dot, couldn't find the notifications. (And also the daily giveaways.)

I have had this problem too but it only seems to occur on giveaway notifications.

Issue has returned for me too. Not on all pages though.

I wasn't around much yesterday due to the weather and I've only had 1 notification today so far but it did work for me. This was within the last hour from this post. I'll keep an eye on it since others are still saying it's broken for them and report back if I notice it on my end again as well.

I'm also having this issue. I currently have a blue dot notification but the notification is not appearing in the drop down. It will appear if I log out and log in again. But the same thing happens next notification (blue dot, nothing in the dropdown). It's been happening since maybe Friday/Saturday
