I'm not sure you can actually transfer your character back a generation (from Xbox Series X/S to Xbox One). As far as I know you can only do it forward from the Xbox One to Xbox Series X/S. If you do it that way you get all achievements that you had on the older version. I don't think I've ever seen anyone ask if you can do it in reverse though, and I would guess that this is not possible. I don't think there's functionality in the Xbox One version to download your story mode save or GTA Online character. I could be wrong about this but if it is possible I have never heard of it.
