It’s a shame really, as I like the games but that puts me off. I’ll all for a good challenge, but those are just brutal. Ah well.

Thought We Happy Few was boring and tedious. The limited sprinting was annoying af.

I played a bit of We Happy Few when it was first on GP. I'm glad it's back and I'll give it another shot this weekend. Enjoyed the style.

We Happy Few leaving was the real mystery.

We happy Few looks tedious with limited sprint and I wonder if it's really hard with a 5 TA ratio or it is just so annoying people stopped playing it after starting it. For Super Mega Baseball, these Ego 99 achievements just make me stay away from that series.

Really? They both offer great value, but so far what we know about for Game Pass...
January 3: Close To The Sun
    January 4: Hell Let Loose
    January 9 Assassin's Creed Valhalla
    January 9 Figment

    January 11 We Happy Few

    January 19 Palworld
    January 25 Go Mecha Ball
January 25 Phantom Abyss Version 1.0
(plus Persona 3 Reloaded coming February 2).

Also, we have no idea if more will drop after the Developer_Direct on January 18.

    Hardspace: Shipbreaker
    LEGO City Undercover
    Just Cause 3
    Session: Skate Sim

    Surviving the Aftermath

Of which, Hardspace: Shipbreaker and the sequel to JC3, Just Cause 4 Reloaded, are already on GP, and RE2 is coming on January 16.

It's just a matter of personal opinion, but this month PSN has a lot of games I enjoyed playing on the list. I loved Lego City, RE2, Just Cause and Swansong. Borderlands is always a series I enjoy even though I have yet to play both Tina games. Shadow Tactics is also another great game (and I believe it was on Game Pass in the past).

For Game Pass we have RE2 of course, but the only other game I'm interested so far is the next Turnip Boy.

That's not to say we won't have incredible things in the future, it's just a bad start for me.

Fair enough. For most people there is a lot in there, but hovering on your profile, and seeing your appetite for gaming, I'm not surprised! laugh

That's one way of saying I play far more than I should! laugh

But yeah, I'm judging based on games I already played and enjoyed and PSN just happened to pick some games I really enjoyed in the past this month.

Any opinions on We Happy Few DLC? I enjoyed the game back when it was initially on Gamepass, but never got around the DLCs. Can I access them form the main menu?
  • Posted on 12 January 24 at 17:26
Wondering how long "We Happy Few" will stay as it's a returning game. Maybe shorter than the usual 12 months.

PC GP here, "We Happy Few" shows "Not Available" instead of "Install" in the Xbox app :/
