Game Pass loses We Happy Few later this week

buggy mess, lot of game breaking glitches which are not fixed yet (since 2019), shame on devs who don't care

So you have a game in GamePass for four years and then decide to drop the game with a 5 day notice

For myself: started this only for the bean dive, so this will be impossible to complete.

This game was atrociously bad, so no loss there.

i bought this when it was in preview years ago, i think it was around £20 mark but not too sure.
anyway it's still in my backlog
it's one of them i constantly check out in my game library but end up playing something else.
even with seriously cutting back on buying games i've still got 100's in backlog let alone Gamepass

I anticipate this game making a return to GP in relatively short order. No inside information, just a hunch.

But even if it doesn’t return to GP, the complete edition (or whatever it is called) regularly goes on sale on deep discounts.

I already bought the deluxe edition months ago, for about £10, to get DLC and have the game in case it leaves.

GP is a such a waste of money at £10.99 per month, then the games leave anyway. I paid £10 for game and all DLC and can play it forever.

These great games that leave GP should go in GWG, then can have it always too with a sub. You can have rhe game always with GWG, but GP is temporary. I do not understand why people always want it to go back in GP but not GWG. GP costs more than Gold too. It is very baffling.

This is $5 at Gamestop (US) if you dont get the time to finish before it comes of the Gamepass.

Thought this was going to leave ages ago, so I bought it with all the DLC when it was on sale. Sure I only paid about £10 for it. Its a nice looking game that I will be going back to this year

Glad I'm not crazy for thinking it is a first party game.

Had it digitally since Game Preview and before achievements. Still want the disc.

Love the art style, but never felt compelling like the Bioshock series.

Never really got into this one and won’t have enough time to finish now. Bit disappointing but that’s on me. Hoping it comes back to Game Pass in the future.

Far from a perfect game and I mean *far* but I still remember some of my time on this title.

Hoping anybody who’s on the race for completion gets it before it’s departure!!

To anyone that has completed this or most of it: is it worth playing?

I don’t need my games to be masterpieces, just want to know if it’s better after all these years. Nearly downloaded it a few times.

I literally started this yesterday what a shame

This game has been in my backlog since the beginning - I didn't realize it's already been 4 years. It's on me for not having played it sooner, but less than a week of notice kind of sucks.

Played this game for hours and hours. For a while I thought I enjoyed it. I really tried to enjoy it. In the end I was honest with myself and realized I wasn't enjoying it. Didn't see the point of what it was about. It reminded me a bit of Bioshock and I looted the houses and upgraded my skills (if I remember correctly) and then what? Not totally bad but not the gem it seemed to be at first glance.

I did it and the DLC in 58 hours. There's a bunch of missables, collectables and bugs so I used a roadmap that I found on xboxa which worked well.
