Some suggestions. The easiest would be to pick 100 pockets. You've undoubtedly picked a few already. Use the pickpocket loop in the following guide to easily pick the remaining pockets. It starts from the Clock Tower hideout:

You finished Chapter 5. It's been almost 10 years. But, if you go to page 7 of the THIEF Walkthrough and go to the Chapter 5 section, you can replay the first part to get:
If you look at my 5 Jan 2024 post in this thread, it shows how to get from the Clock Tower hideout to the place where you restart chapter 1. If you go there and follow the chapter 1 Section on page 3 of the THIEF Walkthrough, you can collect all the loot and pop:

There are a couple more but you'd have to reinternalize your muscle memory. There's an achievement for picking a pocket and a lock using the focus ability. You need focus points to max out dexterity and then it's time sensitive. You have to pick both the pocket and the lock before the focus gauge runs out.

Then there's an achievement for throwing a bottle up in the air and shooting it with an arrow. It requires a modicum of skill which I'm sure you had in 2014 when you were playing the game but have probably not retained.

Have fun. It'll give you a nice break from Burger Chef Tycoon.

I'm not a fan of stealth games, and Thief doesn't look good but tedious.

Enjoying this so far, doing my first playthrough on the normal difficulty. Not sure if it's going to live up to The Dark Project or The Metal Age, but early days so far.
