Masterminds Achievement is GLITCHED

I finished all the requirements for the Masterminds Achievement and the achievement did not unlock for me but unlocked for my friends.

I opened a support ticket with Rockstar, they are making me do none sense like cleaning the saved data and moving from one lobby type to another and no clear solution.

On the 18th of december 2022. Me with only one friend, same friend, all the preps and setups in order. Without dying. On Hard. I've got the awards Loyalty II and Criminal Mastermind II. Loyalty II gave me USD 75.000 extra money Criminal Mastermind II gave me USD 750.000 extra money

I always take a quick video capture of my progress and achievements, for bragging purpose and this is part of my hard evidence.

If I go to https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/ under GTA V Accomplishment I see the Masterminds Achievement unlocked, but on my xbox it is still locked.
If I go to my Awards in game I have all the Doomsday awards, and after every heist finale I got the money and the award.

They have admitted they see I have completed the requirements for the achievement and they don't know what happened or how to solve this.
They credited me $12M in game money that I don't want or asked for.
They even tried a few times to close the ticket stating this is an xbox problem, but speaking the true is the videogame that uses the xbox achievements API/SDK and they failed to call it and they should be calling it back again.

I know some people had their progress reset for no reason, this happened to me too and I had to start all over, but this is different, I completed everything and in game and in the rockstar social club it says so, but the achievement failed to unlocked.

Have any of you experienced any similar problem?

They may be right and it possibly is a problem on the Xbox end of things; there are plenty of games that have issues with achievements not unlocking from multiple developers for no apparent reason, and it seems to be random where some people will have no problems and others will have multiple achievements not unlock when expected. Though I haven't heard of this particular achievement having problems, nor can I recall any reports of this game having achievement issues (for what it's worth, I didn't have any issues with this achievement or other achievements in this game).

I see that you completed your last challenge awhile ago, back in January. It's a long shot, but have you played any of the Doomsday Heist since then? The reason I ask is I played the Japanese version to stack the achievements, and if you have the Masterminds challenges completed in the regular version of GTA V, to trigger the achievement in the Japanese version all you have to do is complete one setup mission in the Doomsday Heist and the achievement will unlock. If by chance you haven't played the Doomsday Heist since you did Masterminds, maybe try to do a setup mission and see if that triggers the achievement.

If this doesn't work, then unfortunately I don't know of a painless way to unlock the achievement...the only other way I could think of would be to maybe start a new character and repeat the Criminal Mastermind challenges. I'm guessing you might not want to put yourself through that again though, especially since there is no guarantee that this would work. Maybe you would get lucky and only completing one CM challenge again would unlock it, but on the other hand you might end up doing all three again and end up empty handed. I'm sorry this happened to you; I know if I would have completed the requirements for this achievement and it didn't unlock I would have been very upset...

Today I played one prep and one setup from act 1, and the achievement unlocked! Thank bblcreator8790 for your reply and suggestion, you were much more helpful than a bunch people from the gamedev itself.

Glad to hear this worked! I honestly didn't know if my tip would work but it's good to hear that you only had to do one setup to get the achievement rather than playing through the whole heist again, multiple times.

I can confirm this works - Finished the CM2 run tonight and the achievement did not unlock even though I was credited the award for completing CM2 and I had previously completed CM3 + CM4.

I completed the first prep and set-up for ACT1 on hard with the same person I finished CM2 with and 'Mastermind' unlocked on the completed screen.
