We Happy Few dev Compulsion Games working on third-person single player game

Sounds great. Contrast was a neat little indie and We Happy Few, despite its flaws, was one of my favorite games of the last generation. Hope to see them do great and for the game to be awesome.

The most exciting thing about this is "third person"

Xbox's catalog since getting bethesda is filled with first person games.

I think this game/studio will surprise a lot of people when their next project releases.

We Happy Few is really underrated. It's undeniably flawed but there's a great game hidden within. I'd love a sequel.

Been a while since I played We Happy Few, I remember wondering at the time why they bothered to randomise the maps. Seemed like a waste of time to me. I did really enjoy the game though.

The third person, narrative, single player was leaked months ago. It's also a Dark Fantasy and a new IP.
I hope we don't get a trailer until <6 months before release.

It's been known officially for a months that they're working on third person narrative-driven new IP.

One thing that is new, but still unofficial, is that it could be dark fantasy. That's it.

Nice, more first party compact "quality over quantity" games is welcomed

Yeah I’m definitely game they’re first game was contrast and I played it as a launch title on the PS4 I picked it up when it came over to the Xbox one I loved that game for some reason I own ‘we happy few’ but I’ve just never got round to starting it

Will it launch broken and take 2+ years to be playable?
