That's pretty impressive for a remake, yeah? I can't imagine they usually beat the sales of the original game.

Cool. Maybe now they can go back to Resident Evil 3 and add in missing stuff in an update.
I really liked RE3 remake, but it could have been so much more.

Imagine having more areas, where you'd over the course of the game have to take the train different routes about the city.

Even just adding in the whole clock tower section would be great, but since they already got our money now there is 0 chance.

Yeah I wish, game had so much potential. I picked it up day one considering how amazing RE2r was, and RE3 was my favorite back in the day. I was sorely disappointed.

RE3 kicks ass. It plays fast and is a very fun pick up and play.

I'll do RE3 over and over but not so much 2.

Pacing is definitely different, it can be a quick fun run. I just prefer the slower, more explaratory aspects of 2.

I did like getting the bolt cutter and lockpick in 3, opened up a few areas, but I felt they were underused.

Happy MHW is the number one game for them! It was a shocking hit that kept growing. Heck, I still return to it every few months when other games have chilled out. I am interested that they've stratified Resident Evil 4 across platforms as that game just keep coming out. Hoping the remake is more than another remaster 🤞🤞

They trumpet success but they can't be bothered to put Battle Network Collection on Xbox. Assholes.

The SX update is so sweet. Still need to do RE 2. Re 7 is such a solid horror experience, and the 60 fps makes it smoother than ever. Looking forward to play The Village when I get my hands on it too.

Which will further incentivize companies to remake things instead of making new things.

Wow, figured Street Fighter 2 would be top 3 considering the head start

SFII won't even be in the top ten for much longer, which is even crazier!

Still greatly prefer the original and the remake of RE3 was tripe!

Visually, I thought it was a great remake. The whole game taking place inside one building? Lame.

I believe a larger number of kids have played a video game than their parents, or their grandparents or great grandparents. The population of the planet is also larger than it was 50 years ago.

If the total number of gamers is increasing each year, then it follows the number of games sold will also increase.

It’s still impressive for a remake.
