    I swear that there's no rhyme or reason to some of these discounts. I had my eye on AC Odyssey Gold or a good while, and it was consistently on sale for $25. Then a few weeks ago it finally dropped lower (to $20), and I pulled the trigger. Now they've raised the sale price to $30 facepalm

    The default edition is all you need. The maps are free updates. You only get cosmetic items for the most part with the ultimate edition.

    I might pick up the RE7 gold edition. Unlike Village, and from what I can tell, that never got a physical release in the States?

    You can check the store for the exact details but the bundle comes with some of the two currencies, Super Dante/Nero/Vergil costumes and different (cosmetic) costumes for Lady and Trish. Only the Lady & Trish costumes aren't earnable in game although I guess you can include the super costumes in that too if you know you can't beat Dante Must Die difficulty.

    Microsoft seem kind of stingey in general when it comes to DLC sales. I guess it’s because they assume you’re playing the game for ‘free’ on game pass.
    Don't forget, 2k is the publisher for Outer Worlds. Although MS bought the studio and IP, and control publishing for future titles, 2k retained publishing rights for the first game. So, I believe they're in charge of the sale price for that dlc.

    That said, MS is equally stingy with the Doom Eternal dlc

    No, GOTYE is not Ultimate Edition. UE has always been Gold + Deluxe. Nobody will be getting Lost Between Worlds. UE gets delisted when GOTYE/CE is listed.

    This site is now unusable. The ads where the borders on the screen come in are popping so frequently I can’t read the dang page or scroll.

    Bought NFS Payback Deluxe just for the Speedcross DLC since the GPU perk that was supposed to give you it for free was completely borked and didn't work.

    they are all easy for gamerscore and they are very enjoyable worth buying

    Damn it was 60% in August, I don't think they'd announced that the 2023 edition was coming to xbox then so it felt less pressing. Definitely should have got it.
