    I’m glad I skipped the last Dark Souls sale and got Dark Souls 3 for 75% this time around.

    Thanks to this sale I was able to grab Castlevania Advance Collection and complete my Castlevania Library on Xbox. Aside from that, this is just a carbon copy of the same discounted games we've seen like a thousand times in the past. Looking forward for a New Year sale.

    I’ve redeemed 500k points in a year before, if there’s a limit it’s gotta be above that. If you’ve gone above that and still have 600k points either you’ve saved them for years or you’re using multiple accounts and gifting them (most years 550k is the rough upper limit). I really hope it’s the former because the latter is not cool and will tank this program for everyone.

    I really wish these big sales had more variety. They have incredible deals for sure. I am not knocking that. But I either own or have access to everything I want or it's too new and the sales aren't that great. Might still end up picking up the Dark Pictures collection. That ought to take care of my rewards point punch card as well.

    I believe the limit is 500-550K. While I do have one dummy account, it's email is the back up email for my main account so I've never redeemed one point with my dummy account. I had a lot of points saved up from the year earlier, so I hit my limit in Feb/March or so...all points I have are just my accumulation since. All 620K or so I have, I've earned this year. So, neither the former nor the latter...I just end up with a lot of points (Look at my games list....I have a shit ton and most are digital purchases)

    Yea, I'm the author of this thread. We always have to wait a few hours for the wishlist notification to appear, that's strange. It wasn't so, a time ago. 'Luckily' TA has a more powerful server now... but not for that apparently.

    Otherwise yes, always the same games at the same prices. So nothing for me. Shame on Microsoft to be as lazy about that.
    Yes, I only use my wishlist to find games on sale that I know I want. Too many games to plow through like this. Would be great if ALL sales would work for the wish list games on sale thing.
    I also suggested in the past to do like Steam, being able to hide unwanted/already owned games from the sales lists, so it would be muuuuuuuuch easier to see what's left............. but no valid answer yet, and it's been months...

    'Not interested' games filter
    It might be a little more effort than wishlisting, but I set up price tracking for games I’m interested in. I get email notifications immediately and there’s also a “priced tracked only” checkbox on the filter.
    That's a way to go around the problem, but it's not solving it. And your solution might be frustrating as if you set up a price alert at $5 and the game goes discounted at $5.5, you wouldn't know about that. If the wishlist notification would work, you could say 'okay, I can do the effort to take it at $5.50'. But with your method, for a few difference of price, you could miss any deal.
    You can set a price tracker for “any change” if you want. And also use the filter in the sale search to see everything even if you have thresholds set. I hadn’t even noticed the wishlist to be honest.

    are there seriously ZERO non back compat 360 games on sale?
    microsoft really neglects them hard. the past 20 sales have had at most like 8 nonBC games.
    i've been wanting Eternal Sonata for like 5 years, especially now that i know the DS1 composer did the soundtrack. The game is $15 normall, but has been $3.74 many times, but none of them were in the last 2 years

    they should really do more 360 games on sale. Just because less people care about them doesn't mean they're unwanted

    2 days later and still no wishlist notification. A filter for "on wishlist" would solve this no? Seems odd that it doesn't exist already.

    Usually all over any sale with points as it has something I want. None of these are worth getting $4 back in points
