Hotline Miami collection is the PS4 builds bundled together in a in-game launcher that has 1 and 2 selectable. Microsoft doesn't allow games with in-game launchers to have separate achievement lists unlike Sony.
Series X/PS5 Hotline Miami are new builds moved over to a new engine, which is Unity.
As far as we can tell, these new Unity builds are buggy, with 2 having an unobtainable. They fixed a glitch (could just be the new engine doesn't let it happen) to speed up the Genocide achievement.
Also it seems in both 1 and 2 in this new Unity build, sometimes enemies like to say "Fuck it" and walk through walls whenever they damn well decide they don't wanna play by the rules.
I've not managed to get any response from the publisher with these bad new versions.
