From Wikipedia: "An alley-oop in basketball is an offensive play in which one player throws the ball near the basket to a teammate who jumps, catches the ball in mid air and immediately dunks it."

This needs to be done in Single player with two controllers. It's also doable in multiplayer but you need at least 3 players so you can get 2 players to join the same team.

Go near the goal of your opponent and hop on to the small platform.
Now use your second controller to get the ball and hop on the bigger platform to the right of where your other player is.
Then push down cn_B to start the pass BUT before you release it, press cn_A on your main player to jump and when your player is in the air, release cn_B on the other controller to complete the pass.

Now you need to kick the ball to the goal with cn_RT or cn_LT while still being in the air to complete your Alley Oop.

JappeI guess it's doable in a private match by inviting a friend and both joining the same team at the start. Haven't tested it but at least in local multiplayer you can join the same team.

MusquitoHow do you get more than 1 player in your team? Otherwise with only 1 player in each team, the B button does not do a thing...

MrPickleChips1I just got this achievement in single player during a 1 vs 2 game. The AI team scored with a alley-oop but oddly I got the achievement.

Ryn0 L^ Verified. I have 2 controllers, but a friend didn't. I had 2 on my on team (with the secondary controller) and friend by himself. I did the alley-oop and the friend on the opposite team got the achievement! Nice work-around for those without 2 controllers...find someone else with 2!

thedarklitI got this on the single player with one controller on level 2-3, I just kept bouncing up and down near the goal waiting for my AI team mate to throw it to me so I could score.

CursedIf you have two controllers, the game recognizes the alley oop as the pass not the score. You can jump into the goal and catch the ball mid-jump for the achievement rather than trying to kick it in.
