    From the ultimate team hub go across to your squad by pressing cn_RB then press cn_LS and go down to custom tactics. You can change all sorts of things here like offensive style, defensive style etc. Change any of them and press cn_B to back out and save. The achievement unlocks when your back on the squad screen
