This achievement requires you to take down enemies in 22 different and possible scenarios. To take down an enemy you need to break the Structure of your opponent. Once the Structure breaks you can take down an enemy instantly with

. Here is a list of what is needed
Bare Handed Takedowns –
4 TakedownsPerform a takedown with your bare hands while an enemy is standing, near a wall, on the ground, and near a ledge (can be a table or a half wall)
Weapon Takedowns –
12 TakedownsRepeat EACH takedown from above with a bat, a staff weapon (broom or a long stick), and sharp weapon (Machete or Katana).
Running Takedown -
1 TakedownWhen you can get the option to perform a takedown on an enemy, do not press it, instead, run into him with

Larger Enemy Takedowns –
5 TakedownsFor the big fat enemies perform a takedown while they are standing, on the ground, and with a bat, a staff weapon (broom or a long stick), and sharp weapon (Machete or Katana). For the weapon kills you only need to do them while they are standing, because if they are on the ground, the takedown is always the same.
That’s it. 22 Takedowns in total. Once you have performed them all, the achievement will unlock.
