    Darick 23I tried this multiple times on normal difficulty. The achievement would not pop. I tried again on legendary difficulty, and the achievement instantly popped.

    Mission 5: Floodgate

    Skull (Fog) This is one of the trickiest skulls to get. At the beginning of this mission, you’ll come down to the bottom of the hill and enter some streets/buildings. When you very first reach the streets and start to walk up a ramp, a flood enemy will show up high above on a roof to your right and jump across, carrying the skull. He never comes down, so you have to shoot him just as he starts to leap. Too early and the skull drops on the right building, too late and it flies across to the left one. The video will be especially beneficial for this one, starting at 02:22.

    Skulls DO NOT appear on easy.
