  As with all Savior achievements you need to:
  

  1. visit striking locations (6) and delves (2)
  2. complete the area's main quest
  3. kill world bosses (2)
  4. complete quests (16)

  1. As for the striking locations you need to visit all
  

  • striking locales
  • delves

  There is a total of six striking locales and two delves here. As for the striking locales (Windwrack Fort, The Telling Stone, Castle Tonnere, Glimmertarn, Clohaigh, Ivyhame), you visit most of them during the main quest - finish up the rest afterwards. When visiting the delves make sure to collect the skyshards and also do the related quests as you need to do some additional quests anyway for the "Galen Grand Adventurer" ingame-achievement which is a requirement for this chevo as well.
  After visiting all delves and striking locales you are awarded with the in-game achievement "Galen Master Explorer".
  
  2. Just follow the main questline, which also awards you the "Firesong Extinguisher" xbox achievement. Sidenote: it already nets you 8 of 16 quests that you need for this chevo, too.
  
  3. There are two world-bosses here:
  

  • The Endling
  • Timbershade

  Optionally combine these kills with daily-quests for an additional reward-box. Killing these two bosses also awards you with the ingame-achievement "Defender of Galen".
  
  4. After finishing the area's main questline you should only need a couple of more quests to reach 16 completed quests. After finishing up with this one you are awarded the ingame-achievement "Galen Grand Adventurer".

  I complete all the point. If i go in the achievement of the menu game i have the trophy. But achievement not pop for me. What can i do?

  I've been asking on the official forums since November 2022, and while I have received one response from a forum mod, there doesn't seem to have been anything done to fix this achievement. Not really a surprise and anything not Crown Store related isn't a high priority for the folks at ZOS.

  Just a quick update. I've been tagging mods on official forum for this broken achievement, and at this point the folks at Zenimax have clearly deemed this issue to be completely irrelevant and unworthy of the follow-up that they said they would give. Fixing broken achievements doesn't add to their bottom line so I guess this achievement will be forever out of reach. Kudos ZOS.

  Completed savior of galen no x box achievement
  In game achievements ticked as completed
  2nd character completed it again no achievement all played on European server.
  
  Started new character on American server completed
  No x box achievement
  2nd character on American server completed nothing
  
  Anyone with any knowledge of how to unlock the Achievement?.
