How to unlock the Roleplayer achievement

    Actions
    Doing something that matches the background of your/a character will grant you a point of inspiration. Do so 10 times to unlock this.

    You will know this is done correctly when you see a window pop up showing the background and the point of inspiration earned for a specific character.

    This also seems to work with party members.

    Nave SutlefJust as an added note - doing so gives you an inspiration point which you can use to re-roll a die but you can only hold 4 at a time so it’s best to use them when you get them.

    Actions
    Background Goals are instances where you or your party does something that aligns with their background - an early example of this is making sure nobody dies at the battle outside the Grove, which will earn you one inspiration point for Lae'zel who has a Soldier background.

    You have 2 options for this:

    1) Check the official BG3 wiki for your background (if you don't mind spoilers)
    2) Play as the Dark Urge and embrace it; i.e. kill everyone and everything. It's the background with the most obvious background goals - they usually have unique dialogue options, even if they don't actually say [Dark Urge]
