Considered by some as one of the best games on Game Pass, the compelling PowerWash Simulator could be about to leave Xbox Game Pass as a rather odd pop-up has started appearing for some users when trying to launch the game.

PowerWash Simulator 'leaving soon' message appears for some Game Pass users

As seen in the tweet (xeet? I don't know anymore) below from Idle Sloth and from a separate post on Reddit, this strange message with the words "Leaving Soon Title" is supposedly popping up for users.

PowerWash Simulator joined Xbox Game Pass on July 14, 2022, which means it has now spent just over 12 months in the service. More often than not, games usually leave Xbox Game Pass after a year, so it's possible PowerWash Simulator's time in the subscription service is up. On the other hand, this could simply be a weird error on Microsoft's part.

While you may want to start unlocking any remaining PowerWash Simulator achievements in the game just in case, we haven't been able to replicate or verify the pop-up, so it's worth taking this with a pinch of salt until Microsoft makes an official announcement. We have reached out to Square Enix for clarification.

PowerWash Simulator's new SpongeBob SquarePants DLC brought a brand new list of achievements to the game for the first time.
