    After you get so far in the story, just after you get the ' not in Kansas anymore' achievement just to avoid spoilers, you will get access to red phone booths which allow you to take joy, save the game and then go into one of these phone boxes 3 times to overdose on joy, you will know when this happens as when you come out of the phonebox you will start coughing butterflies, then run to the nearest people around you and do anything to annoy them, let them kill you and as long as when they kill you, you are still overdosed you will get the achievement

    JKSullivanI tried twice while having full health, and didn't take enough damage to die - might be a good idea to get yourself down to 50% health first.

    KN0WNASS0CIATEI'm on PC and I have tried being beaten to death and jumping off the bridge as shown in the video. Neither worked. The only difference is that I didn't use a booth. I popped joy from my inventory. Not sure if that has any bearing on the requirements. Joy is Joy, no matter the source, right?

    I found an easier way to get the achievement. Get to the part where you get the "Not in Kansas anymore" achievement and unlock the red phone booths. You should still be on joy after the previous mission, so enter a phone both (I only needed to do this once to overdose).

    When I did it, Arthur was so high on Joy, he... uh... "slipped" off a cliff and I got the achievement.
