Earliest you can get this is on Mission 2: Precious Cargo
Once you spawn in head North towards the Cargo Ship, rappel onto the deck and make your way to the back of the ship. Climb up the ladder, then the staircase and head inside the main section where the crew/captains quarters are. Take your first left into a supply room where you'll find a Sentry Gun, hold

to pick it up. Head back out onto the deck, mantel off the left side of the ship into the car park. Here you'll find an LTV, put the Sentry Gun on it's roof, then drive the LTV around until it kills 5 enemies. Video guide below for more detail:

For those whose achievement is stuck, I was in the same situation. But somehow I was able to trigger the achievement and would like to share the things I did. Maybe this helps somebody...

First of all I deleted the game and my local save data from Xbox. Then I installed the game from disc (I don't know if this works with a digital version) and downloaded/installed all necessary updates without starting the game. After that I went offline with my Xbox and started the game. The game prompted me because of a missing connection but I could choose to play offline. I played the campaign to the point where this guide starts. I ensured that I killed at least 5 enemies (I think I killed 8) with the sentry on the vehicle and went back to the main menu. Then I went online with my Xbox and in my notifications I could see that I got the achievement (there was no popping of the achievement).

The one on Reactor is way easier for several reasons (thanks Etifuloper).
1. There's an LTV with a sentry gun on it already.
2. You can parachute from the start of the mission right to the LTV and hack it. No running around.
3. There's lots of achievements to get on this level, chances are you're already in it. If not, stay in it to get more.

A big thank you to hoggeee for his tip ! I had the problem where we get stuck at 80%, and it worked !

Small clarification, I have the digital version, and I have not deleted the game !

I only deleted my saved data (Save and Reserved Space), I unplugged my ethernet cable from the console to be offline, I launched the game and I started the campaign again as if I had not never played. I did the first mission quickly in Recruit mode, then I made the 5 eliminations on the second mission.
I then went back to the game's main menu, turned off the game, then reconnected my Ethernet cable, 20-30 seconds later the achievement was unlocked !

I don't know if this was necessary, but I also deleted the saved data that I had created offline before restarting the game online, to avoid any conflict with the saved data that is on the cloud !

Another big thank you to hoggeee for his help, I've been bothered since the game came out with this achievement !

Un grand merci à hoggeee pour son astuce ! J'avais le problème ou l'on reste bloqué a 80%, et cela a fonctionné !

Petit précision, je possède la version digitale, et je n'ai pas supprimé le jeu !

J'ai seulement supprimé mes données enregistrées (Sauvegarde et Espace réservé), j'ai débranché mon câble ethernet de la console pour être hors ligne, j'ai lancé le jeu et j'ai recommencé la campagne comme ci je n'avais jamais joué. J'ai fais la première mission rapidement en mode Recrue, puis j'ai fais les 5 éliminations sur la deuxième mission.
J'ai ensuite fais un retour au menu principal du jeu, j'ai éteins le jeu, puis j'ai rebranché mon câble Ethernet, une 20-30 secondes après le succès se déverrouillait !

Je ne sais pas si cela était nécessaire, mais j'ai également supprimé les données enregistrées que j'avais créer hors ligne avant de relancer de nouveau le jeu en ligne, pour éviter tout conflit avec les données enregistrées qui ce trouve sur le cloud !

Encore un grand merci a hoggeee pour son aide, j'étais embêté depuis la sortie du jeu avec ce succès !

On the second mission of the Modern Warfare III campaign, the Open Combat mission called "Precious Cargo" has you grab intel from two locations. One of those locations is on a boat which has a room with a loadout box and a sentry turret spawn.

You can either grab the intel first which then spawns more enemies and race to the nearest vehicle or you can wait to pick up the intel until you get the achievement.

Hop down to the deck once you have the sentry turret and place it on top of a truck and simply drive around until the turret eliminates 5 targets.

There might not be enough enemies right on the dock but you can drive around the rest of the map to find more targets.
