Edit: You need to complete this mission in 16 minutes to obtain 3 stars.
This is a pretty brutal achievement if you're looking to do it legitimately, but there is a simpler way you can kinda cheese the checkpoint system a bit. Definitely worth having someone with a mic you can do this with.
First checkpoint: Don't bother about going in stealthily, 1 of you go round the right side of the area, take out the first 2 guys, and take out the morter guys on the roof. The other just sprint straight to the left, take out the first couple by the entrance to the area and head straight for the bomb, throwing flash grenades as you go. Whoever plants the bomb sprints for the car in front of you and picks the other player up on the way out. Drive down the road a bit to get a checkpoint. If either of you go down before getting into the car, just restart the mission.
Only stop to try and take out helicopter that spawns and if the RPG guys in the towers get annoying. When the 3 SAM turret locations appear, split up. Each of you heads direct to a different bomb and plants it. Don't bother killing enemies, you'll die incredibly quickly, just drive as close to the bomb site, throw flashes and plant. You will get a checkpoint after planting both bombs.
Once both bombs have been blown up, both players should kill themselves.
This spawns you back together where you can head for the final one. One of you should hopefully have an RPG to take out the heli that spawns at the start, and drive straight for the final SAM. This time, when arriving you can't drive straight to the bomb due to a barrier, so stop a bit out the front. Go inside and work your way to the right behind the buildings. Flash the enemies on the bombsite (there is a juggernaught there), plant the bomb and let it explode. Feel free to kill yourself again, as you've just hit another checkpoint.
If you did kill yourself, you'll both spawn right next to a vehicle. Drive it straight (ignoring the road) and then bear to the left when the plane appears. Keep driving down the runway and onto the plane. Don't even bother trying to kill the enemies in vehicles, there are far too many.
With this method, I completed it in 13:06, and that was even with us mucking it up a couple of times. We reached the final checkpoint after about 9 minutes, so had 7 minutes to spare to drive to the runway, which still took a couple of attempts.
This mission is far more difficult than the other two, I personally found just completing it difficult enough, and the time constraint combined with amount of driving and amount of explosions everywhere I imagine would make this pretty frustrating even for fairly decent players! I hope this 'guide' helps those of you that may think this is impossible upon first viewing!
