Following a tease from Boon on Twitter, which said: "Does anyone know what time it is?" with the hashtag #MortalKombat, reliable industry data miner billbil_kun looks to have found a store listing for the upcoming game. While a release date hasn't been revealed, billbil-kun says an announcement for Mortal Kombat "should be close," and that it'll be heading to Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Switch.

Three different editions of the game have reportedly been found: a Standard Edition priced at $69.99 on Xbox Series X|S and PS5 and $59.99 on Switch, a Premium Edition with a price tag of $109.99, and a physical Kollector's Edition valued at $249.99, which will apparently only be available for the Xbox Series X|S and PS5.

No other information has been revealed at this time, but it's certainly exciting to wonder if we could be inflicting fatalities once again in the near future. Have you been looking forward to seeing a new Mortal Kombat announced? Let us know down below!
