Minecraft gets ESRB rating for Xbox Series X|S version Spotted by Andrew Marmo on X, the ESRB listing doesn't really give us anything new to go on outside of the new platform, but this is actually the second rating spotted for Minecraft on Xbox Series X|S in recent weeks — the game was rated for current-gen Xbox consoles in Germany last month. One feature that could be coming to Minecraft with this Xbox Series X|S version is ray tracing. In 2020, Microsoft teased ray tracing for Minecraft when revealing more on the Xbox Series X. Last year, Mojang released a preview build of Minecraft to Xbox Insiders on Xbox Series X|S consoles that included ray tracing support.
