How to unlock the Mind Blower achievement

    You'll unlock the charged facemelt in the story.

    To unlock the achievement, you must maintain cn_RT untill the guitar release a yellow wave. The wave will knock off the ennemies near you, attack them by pressing multiple times cn_RT while they are on the ground.

    DenverMax27Does this need to be 15 different NPCs? Do you have to kill them while they're on the ground or just hit them once with a regular attack?

    The description for this appears to be wrong. You can find Youtube videos of people getting this achievement very early in the game, before even unlocking the Charged Facemelt ability...and indeed, following those is what finally unlocked this for me. I attacked umpteen people with charge-followed-by-RT-spam and no achievement. It appears what the game is actually looking for you to do is stun someone with Vibe (LT) and then blast them with regular attacks (RT) while they are stunned. Killed 15 people with this method and the achievement popped.
