Pretty self explanatory. I can confirm that you do NOT have to do it within the time limit, so take as much time as you need! However, traps will eventually re-arm themselves after being disarmed, so be extra careful. Thanks to Capn Beav for mentioning this.

If you kill any NPC, DON'T use the Blade of Woe! Any kill with it will make you Detected and void the achievement. Thanks to Pink Freud PhD for confirming this.

If anyone detects you for any reason and you lose time you can simply abandon the quest, which will bring you back to the Thieves Den where you can try the same heist again. Thanks to Dale Baldwin for confirming this.

The achievement should pop as soon as you approach Fa'ren-dar after you've collected the valuables.

I personally did this on the Glistening Cave one where you steal 7 jewels because it's a small area and easy to see everyone near you. Just make sure you know the guard's pattern and you'll be golden.

If anyone has any tips or criticisms to add to this solution, feel free to reply. toast

Jaucoholic@Imperi4l joker I don't see why not. As long as you're never detected you should be good to go.

TheAnonymityThe sneaking system in this game is super jank and unfun. It makes doing these extremely unbareable. I can't say how many of these I've done, I just can't seem to finish without at least one detection. I honesly have no idea how you can be detected using the blade of woe though. So that's still bugged. Hopefully that can be fixed in the future with an update. Mty only advice is a LOT of practice as you can only get one per day.

NativeB1oodSaying not to use the BoW to kill any npc's because you'll get detected seems pointless.
Blade of Woe SHOULDN'T cause you to get detected to begin with but that's a whole other issue.

What other mechanic provides 1 hit kills?

First off: Heists are unlocked after a certain story mission for the thieves guild, they are daily quests posted by Fa’ren-dar
I did this on Deadhollow Halls as it had the easiest guard paths and very few traps(I’ll get to these after)
I used the Nights silence crafted set which, with 5 items, ignores the movement speed penalty of Sneak making moving around a lot faster! They are craftable in the first areas of your chosen alliance.
    -Glenumbra at Mesanthanos tower
    -Auridon at Hightide keep
    -Stonefalls at steamfront cavern
I also had 3 skill points into the Legerdemain locksmith skill with meant I could force the locks of chests easily most of the time
Now during my run I actually hit two of the rock falling traps but was never spotted by an enemy, I can’t confirm whether this was a glitch or I got lucky or if traps don’t actually count but it popped
If you are spotted by and enemy or feel like it’s not going particularly well then you can go into your Journal/Quests and select to abandon the heist, this will bring you out in front of Fa’ren-Da and you can retry as many times as you like

Pistol 101Deadhollow Halls worked for me. First try, first heist, no vids (and not an expert at the game). Fairly straightforward guard patterns.
