How to unlock the Magma Masher achievement

    Galchobhar is the 4th boss in Bloodroot Forge. He is the giant Minotaur that is on an island surrounded by lava with little rocks you jump on.

    At the beginning, have your tank hold the boss and wait for the shalk to spawn. The shalk will target a random player with a lava ball. Galchobhar will spawn a little volcano aka Mantle Break that shoots little fireballs everywhere. Simply have the person targeted by the fire ball to stand in that little volcano. The achievement will pop immediately after for all 4 players in the group. Chances are, you will wipe a couple of time trying for it, just don't do any damage to the boss until you are really ready to move forward.

    Osty 26GMy group had trouble getting the volcano and shalk fire orb to happen at the same time. We finally got it once we had at least 2 shalks up, so that they would do the lava orb attack more often. Other than that, it was just luck to get the volcano orb to hit the shalk lava orb!

    As mentioned in the guide, the achievement will pop immediately if done right. So don’t kill Galchobhar until it unlocks!

    The other two guides did NOT work for my group. Leading that dang fireball into volcano is NOT the way. The boss needs to MASH the MAGMA ball as it is floating towards a player. So a player gets targeted, the fireball is lead in front of the boss as he performs the mantle breaker attack which causes the geyser eruption. I take no credit for the video but it shows the achievement way better

    The achievement unlocked for me while not standing on
    The mini volcano.
    When you are targeted by a fireshalk run in a circle
    the lava ball will follow you ,if galchobhar spawns a
    mini volcano run towards it .
    A lava ball from the mini volcano needs to hit the
    Fire shalk lava ball,if no one stands on the volcano
    More mini volcano lava balls and a greater chance to
    Get the achievement.
