    In the Great Lagoon, you will need to destroy Thunderstones to progress the story with the Gillfolk. After entering the temple to destroy the sec9nd stone, search the upper floor to locate a chest. Inside is the Stranded Wreck key. Outside, follow the marker to the Ship Wreck, and use the key on the yellow chest. This will reward you with a diving helmet, and the achievement.
