Evolutions are a new feature this year.
On ultimate team press RB to go to club and then evolutions. Pick welcome to evolutions, a list of players in your club that are eligible come up, pick any of the player. Then you just have to play a squad battle game on semi pro difficulty with that player in your starting team. ( they now have a green card) After the game go back to the evolutions screen and press claim to get the achievement.
