    Actions
    To 'complete' a territory, you need to finish all mysteries and collect all wealth and artifacts. When I played, some things seemed to be restricted until the story let me get to them. But LuckyKant says they were able to get all collectibles before advancing the story at all.

    There are 4 main territories in this part of Francia. All are Level 200. There are 9 viewpoints.

    Melunois - 8 wealth, 7 mysteries, 2 artifacts
    Paris - 9 wealth, 3 mysteries, 3 artifacts
    Amienois - 12 wealth, 5 mysteries, 2 artifacts
    Evresin - 11 wealth, 5 mysteries, 2 artifacts

    Complete all of those to get the achievement.

    Mysteries include altars, cairns, events, side quests, Noble fights, etc.
    Artifacts include hoard maps, flying tattoos, cursed symbols, etc.
    Wealth includes Tungsten ingots, Armor/Gear, Books of Knowledge, raid chests, etc.

    I completed this in Chapter 1, as soon as I arrived in Francia. My active Francia mission was 'The Rot in the Slums', the second mission after arriving. Unless some areas get locked out whilst playing through the main missions of this DLC, nothing is locked out and you don't need to wait for anything. I always do side missions before any main story, as much as possible.

    For anyone looking for turtles they are located in center of Paris around that massive island fort surrounded by water. I found the turtles next to the bridge entering from the south of the fort and found loads of them on the west side of the fort in the water.

    Fishing is glitched, not able to fish at all, but shooting them with an arrow still works and the bird auto-loot is helpful.

    Still looking for Big Brown Trout only can find small ones currently.

    Edit 8/13/21 - Follow NafrayuNox guide for all items needed. I wish I saw the comment sooner because I went all over Francia to find the correct turtles and fish. I forgot to mention the seals are to the north of the altar but if you are completing all things to get this, you'll see the seals near another mystery.

    NafrayuNoxThe Big Brown Trouts (you need 3) are found in the swamp around the offering altar in Evresin.
    The Seal Tails (you also need 3) are found north of the altar near the coast.

    The European Turtles (you need 3 regular sizes) for the Melunois offering altar are found just north of the altar. If you look at the map there are two ponds. Each has many turtles. I spent 30min in Paris and got only big turtles. In the ponds I got my 3 regular in no time

    HonchoIf for some reason you`re missing animal hearts, southeast of the fast travel point in Amiens are some corral with pigs, sheep and chicken...go crazy

    beavisSo for the World Event - Not God Enough in Chartre, it seems to be glitched for me. I guess I triggered the enemies, but not realizing what it was, I didn't kill them. Event is still on the map, but no enemies are there now. No letter to pick up. I am worried I may have to find an old save and restart the DLC.
