How to unlock the Just a Nibble achievement

    Easy to unlock. Just go to camp and long rest and a cutscene should start where Astarion will sneak up on you and ask to drink some of your blood. Go through the dialogue allowing him to, and done.

    It’s worth noting that you'll get a negative effect on your character by doing this (-1 on certain rolls) until your next long rest.

    ANCIENT WARRI0RShadowheart’s Lessor Restoration ability can remove the negative effect.
