Spawn in as the Medic class and run around reviving people with the red syringe over them. You'll want to be smack dab in the middle of the fighting as this will allow you to revive a large amount of people.
Throw a smoke grenade if other players are out of cover or in the open. This will allow you to more safely, and likely, to reach them and successfully revive them.
