How to unlock the High Kick achievement

    Actions
    This achievement is partially based on luck. First, you need to get the Kick of Tyr ability from the world. There is no guarantee it will pop up in your run, and as far as I know, there isn't any gear that provides it.

    After that, it's just a case of kicking enemies off ledges. Fortunately, there's lots of verticality on the map, so opportunities abound. You'll also need to fill adrenaline spots to be able to use it.

    If you don't get enough kicks in one run through, be sure to purchase the Vivid Memory favor from Nar, to keep the ability for the next run through.

    napoearthLooks like just kicking an enemy off of a ledge isn't enough. The enemy has to go over the ledge and fall all the way to the ground without touching anything on the way down including the ledge itself, or landing on a lower ledge, even if they eventually fall to the ground.

    masterelliot994This achievement bugged out on me and wouldn't unlock despite meeting the requirements on several occasions and getting a ridiculous amount of these kills.
    What finally fixed it was reloading a save from before I had first met the requirements and redoing the kills once again.

    LV 1 Blue SlimeI got the achievement off an enemy that died from the kick damage, not the fall. Maybe the initial melee hit doesn't count, but it seems the kick counts even if they die from it, and don't take fall damage. I certainly didn't have 10 if you exclude the ones that died from the kick.

    I've done like 30 runs and have yet to see it

    BrettlyXI've never beaten Hel. Never made it past Hjalmgunnar. So the ability is out there, I promise.

    JHuibersI got the ability my first run and kicked more than 10 off a ledge and didn't pop

    Edit 2nd playthrough got tyrs kick again but achievement isn't popping do they need to die from fall?
