    iamtheguyver007This didn’t unlock for me when I completed this quest, but after I completely closed out the game and reloaded in it popped. Just fyi in case this happens to you.

    JimmieWorldI had to reload this mission because it didn't unlock for the first time, just like other story related achievements. Fortunately you can save the game in the quest. I just reloaded and popped.
